Deposit Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your appointment at the clinic. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be returned but may be transferable under certain conditions (see below).

3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without forfeiting your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel your session. In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded. 

5. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

6. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
